Servicing and Support

All gas appliances should be serviced annually by a gas safe registered engineer. Not only is it a safety check, it also means an engineer can inspect the condition and performance of your appliances to ensure they are working efficiently.

As part of a gas appliance manufacturers guarantee, an annual service is required by Gas engineer.
Landlords obligations

Gas safety inspections are one of the most important requirements. As a landlord, it is a legal requirement that you have a Gas Safe inspection on your rented properties annually. From this inspection, you will receive a certificate if the appliances are passed or a warning notice if any appliances are failed.

Air Source Heat Pumps

An air source heat pump collects low-temperature heat from the outdoor air and raises it so it can be used to heat the water circulating in your radiators and underfloor heating. It can also provide hot water in conjunction with a cylinder or with a hybrid system using a combination boiler.

The package uses energy prices and temperature to choose the most efficient combination to heat the home. Hot water is provided instantaneously by the gas boiler when required.

Depending on the demand and outside temperature the heating flow temperature is adjusted to heat the property effectively. The system will automatically vary the water temperature in the radiators depending on the outside temperature.
